Location Compliance:

Educhem works closely with registered Compliance Certifiers to assist in issuing Location Compliance Certificates to PCBUs where sites breach threshold volumes for the following hazard classes: 2, 3, 5, 6 & 8.

Holding a Current Location Compliance Certificate (LCC) is a Worksafe Requirement under the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

Site Auditing:

Educhem also offers auditing services to PCBUs storing class 2, 3, 5, 6 & 8 substances that have not triggered the threshold volumes for LCC. Gain confidence in knowing that your site meets Worksafe regulations and EPA notices.
